We see environmental activists who fly around the world, lecturing others about carbon footprints, yet they leave a trail of pollution in their own wake. They condemn corporations for their environmental record yet ignore their own complicity in the problem.

We see social justice warriors who cry out against systemic racism yet perpetuate their own biases and prejudices. They demand equality and fairness, yet they deny these same rights to those who disagree with them.

DARGAVILLE, NEW ZEALAND – The Northland Field Days in Dargaville have gotten off to a fantastic start for NZ Loyal, with the party’s message and policies resonating well with attendees.

As the event enters its final day tomorrow, NZ Loyal is inviting everyone to come and meet the team at site D1. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a chat, learn more about the party’s vision for uniting, taking back our country, and sign up as a member to help push the movement across the line.

Liz Gunn’s actions as the former leader of the New Zealand Loyal party have been nothing short of shameful. Not only did she unconstitutionally shut down the party and refuse to account for approximately $40,000 in cash and $11,000 in assets, but she also had the audacity to attempt to trademark the party’s name, logo, and tagline. This is despite the fact that these intellectual properties belong to the party membership, not her.

What’s even more egregious is that the name, logo, and tagline were not even her creation. They were the result of a collaborative effort by five people on the same day. This blatant attempt to claim ownership and control over the party’s identity is a stark demonstration of her lack of integrity.

Furthermore, her failure to provide transparency and accountability for the party’s finances, including the massive funds taken into her accounts from December 2023 to July 2024, raises serious concerns about her honesty and trustworthiness. The fact that she has made defamatory statements against party members who have worked tirelessly to rescue the party and continue its mission is unacceptable.

We demand a full forensic accounting of the New Zealand Loyal accounts from its inception, including all bank accounts used to take party money. We are more than happy to open our books to any authority appointed for this purpose and can account for every single cent of the limited funds we have received.

Her refusal to participate in a live debate with the new administration and her continued attempts to deflect and project demonstrate that she has a lot to hide. We believe her actions warrant a thorough investigation by multiple agencies, and we welcome such a process.

It’s time for Liz Gunn to come clean. Hand over the financial records and membership database, which she has no right to retain. Her actions will not be swept under the rug. We will continue to fight for transparency, accountability, and justice.

To the Members of the Health Select Committee,

I am writing to express my strong objection to the Gene Technology Bill, which I believe poses significant risks to our environment, health, and economy. The bill’s proposed deregulation of gene-editing techniques deemed “low-risk” is alarming, as it may lead to unmonitored genetic modifications in our food system.

The lack of evidence to prove the safety of gene technology is concerning. While proponents argue that gene technology can deliver benefits in medicine, agriculture, and environmental management, the long-term effects on human health and the environment are not yet fully understood.

History has shown us that even seemingly safe and effective technologies and products can later be proven extremely harmful. For example:

• Asbestos was once considered safe and was widely used in construction, but it is now known to cause deadly lung diseases.
• Thalidomide was marketed as a safe and effective treatment for morning sickness, but it caused severe birth defects.
• DDT was hailed as a miracle pesticide, but it was later banned due to its link to cancer and environmental damage.
• Glyphosate, a widely used herbicide, was initially deemed safe but has since been linked to cancer and other health problems.
• And many more.

These examples demonstrate that even with extensive testing and regulatory approval, harmful effects can still emerge years or even decades later.

Internationally, several countries have banned or restricted the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) due to concerns over safety and environmental impact. For example, France, Germany, and Italy have banned the cultivation of GMO crops, while Russia has banned the import and production of GMO foods.

New Zealand’s reputation as a GMO-free nation has been a key selling point for our agricultural exports. The introduction of gene technology could jeopardize this reputation and result in significant economic losses. The New Zealand Institute of Economic Research estimates that the environmental release of GMOs could cost our primary sector between $10 billion and $20 billion annually in lost exports.

Furthermore, I am concerned that vested interests are driving the push for gene technology. The benefits of gene technology seem to accrue mainly to corporations, while the risks are borne by the public and the environment.

In light of these concerns, I urge the committee to reject the Gene Technology Bill. If the government is unable to personally guarantee that the bill will not lead to harm to the people of New Zealand, they should abandon plans to introduce this legislation.

We, the people of New Zealand, have been betrayed by those who claim to serve us. The time for silence is over. The time for action and accountability is now. 1. Launch a full-scale criminal investigation into the crimes committed against the people and prosecute those responsible to the fullest extent of the law. The time for whitewash inquiries and cover-ups is over.
2. Abolish corrupt and oppressive systems, scrap all race-based policies, eliminate Inland Revenue, and introduce a 1% transaction tax to replace all other taxes.
3. Gut government bureaucracy, trimming the fat and freeing our economy to thrive.
4. Restore the rights and freedoms of the people, enshrining them in a written constitution that shall be held inviolable.
5. Bring the law into balance and recognize you as people and not corporate commodities to be traded like stock.
6. Create a nation where every man, woman, and child is valued equally, regardless of race or background.

We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. We will not be swayed. We will stand strong. We will fight for the rights and freedoms of the people. We will destroy any and all woke and gender-based ideology that threatens the future of our children, our values, and our way of life.

We will face fierce opposition on all fronts, but we shall remain steadfast in our mission to take a wrecking ball to a system designed to allow the parasitic leeches to feed off and enslave you all.

In 2026, you will have the power to choose a different path. You will have the power to take back your rights and your freedom. And you will have a party that will fight on your behalf, with every ounce of strength we have. This is my pledge to you. The time for lip-service is over. New Zealand Loyal Annual General Meeting

The New Zealand Loyal Party is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 30th November 2024 in Auckland.

During the AGM, the party conducted elections and confirmed its leadership team forthe coming term. We are proud to share the outcomes of the meeting:

• The position of Party Leader was determined through a democratic election process. Kelvyn Alp has been overwhelmingly elected as the Party Leader and will continue to champion the values and vision of New Zealand Loyal.

Ted Johnston was the unsuccessful candidate and has since resigned from the party.

• The remaining executive positions were mostly filled but unopposed, reflecting the unity and shared commitment within the party.

The newly confirmed leadership team is as follows:

• Party Leader: Kelvyn Alp
• Party President: Brenton Faithfull
• Secretary: TBC (Several people may yet fill this role)
• Board members:
• Marilyn Park
• Peter Verhoven

Other appointments made were

• Treasurer: James Murray

· Auditor TBC once James has spoken to them to confirm their willingness to Act

The meeting also received and reviewed reports from the Chair of the interim Board, providing insights into the board’s activities, achievements, and challenges since their election at the last Special General Meeting. There was some discussion on the exciting future of the party.

Members present, afterwards expressed that it was a highly productive and positive meeting. Attendees felt that everyone was given a fair and reasonable opportunity to debate the issues and contribute to the discussions, reinforcing the party’s commitment to transparency and inclusivity.

However, members unanimously rejected the financial statement that was lodged with the Electoral Commission by the former party Secretary as being insufficiently detailed. The Electoral Commission will be notified that the accounts were not accepted at the AGM of the party. Concerns were raised regarding the need for a more comprehensive breakdown of the party’s income and expenditure in 2023 and up until the apparent de-registration of the party with the Electoral Commission for 2024. Members have called for greater clarification and transparency regarding these matters.

New Zealand Loyal remains steadfast in its dedication to serving the people of New Zealand and advocating for policies that uphold integrity, transparency, and loyalty to our shared future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all members who participated in the AGM and reaffirmed their commitment to our collective goals. Together, we are stronger and ready to meet the challenges ahead. Always remember, this was created as the People’s Party and we will always listen to what you have to say, welcome your ideas, discuss it as a board, and get back to you with an outcome.
