New Zealand Loyal – Justice Policy

Our justice policy is built on a no-nonsense, logical framework that promotes real justice, deterrence, maximum freedoms, firm boundaries, and harsh penalties for violating individuals’ rights. This policy aims to create a fair, effective, and accountable justice system that prioritizes individual rights, safety, and freedoms.

Core Principles

1. Protection of Rights: Safeguard the fundamental rights and freedoms of all individuals, as enshrined in a written New Zealand Constitution.
2. Accountability: Ensure government employees, including judges, are held accountable for misusing the justice system.
3. Victim-Centric Approach: Recognize that without a victim, there can be no crime.

Two-Tiered Jurisdiction

1. People’s Court: Deals with all matters involving individuals, including breaches of rights and freedoms, and crimes against persons and property [‘Persons’ in relation to this court shall mean people and not entities].
2. Commercial Court: Handles contractual disputes and commercial law matters between corporate entities, including artificial persons.

Peace Officers

Replace traditional police with peace officers who prioritize protecting individuals’ rights, safety, and freedoms, including:

1. Right to Travel
2. Right to Assemble

3. Right to Freedom of Speech

4. Right to Freedom of Expression

5. Right to Self-Defence

6. Right to Life

Peace officers will not impede these rights and will focus on ensuring public safety and protecting individuals from harm.
Penalties and Accountability

1. Severe Penalties: Impose harsh penalties on government employees, including judges, who misuse the justice system.
2. Immediate Deportation: Deport foreigners who violate New Zealand laws after serving their sentence.
3. Harsh Sentences: Impose extremely severe sentences for crimes against children, the elderly, or infirm.

Judicial Accountability

Hold judges accountable for their sentences and ensure they uphold the New Zealand Constitution and principles of natural justice.

Right to Justice

Ensure that all individuals have access to justice without delay or prohibitive means. If someone is wrongfully accused or has their rights and freedoms violated, they shall receive justice without delay, including:

1. Official Apology
2. Compensation

This ensures that individuals are protected from miscarriages of justice and that those responsible are held accountable.

Additional Measures

1. Written New Zealand Constitution: Enshrine the protection of individual rights and freedoms of the people in a written constitution.
2. Comprehensive Support Services: Provide support services for victims of crime, including counselling, compensation, and advocacy.
3. Rehabilitation and Reintegration: Focus on rehabilitation and reintegration programs for offenders to reduce recidivism rates.

Conclusion

This comprehensive justice policy provides a framework for a fair, effective, and accountable justice system that prioritizes individual rights, safety, and freedoms.
